Seng Liew  has over 40 years of experience within the Emerging Markets on both the Sell Side as well as the Buy Side. He was previously with Mackayshields LLC for 15 years, managing a portfolio of over $1.2bn of EM allocations, from over 400 institutional managed accounts, invested primarily in EM corporate bonds. Past experience also included the trading and risk management of EM trading positions on the Sell Side from 1987 to 1998. Before that, Seng was involved in a number of sovereign restructuring as well as workouts of distressed  EM corporates.
