Oyindamola Hussain is Director of the Regulatory Affairs Program at the Emerging Markets Investors Alliance (EMIA) and is responsible for EMIA’s activities and relationships in Nigeria and frontier African markets. She is passionate about sustainable investing in Africa.
Oyindamola has over 5 years’ experience in fixed income portfolio management in Africa. Prior to joining the Alliance, Oyindamola was a portfolio manager for Stanbic IBTC, a member of the Standard Bank Group. While at Stanbic she was responsible for portfolio construction and multi asset investment of pension funds covering local currency debt in corporates and sovereigns. She is passionate about continuous learning especially as it relates to how frontier economies can leverage sustainable financing.
Oyindamola earned a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Lagos and an MSc Finance from University College London (UCL). She lives in London with her family.
