Katsuki Tsuboi is an Executive Fellow at the Emerging Markets Investors Alliance (EMIA).

Katsuki has significant expertise in sustainability and policy development. He works for a global insurance group as a senior sustainability specialist and is a co-lead of a global climate change initiative. Prior to his current job, Katsuki worked for Japan Finance Services Agency, where he led a working group of global insurance capital regulation developed by the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS). He also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as a senior manager, where he was involved in strategy, operations, and regulation of global insurance groups. He has joined EMIA on a volunteer basis.

Katsuki earned a master's degree in economics from the University of Missouri and holds a Certified Public Account (CPA) license in the US and Japan.
