EMIA hosted Dr. Johanna Dichtl, Sustainability Expert & PRB Implementation Support Manager at United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP FI).

Dr. Dichtl  presented on the Principles of Responsible Banking, a framework initially launched by the UN and 30 banks in 2018 which became fully operational in September 2019. The framework signatories have since grown to 226 banks from 69 countries. Dr. Dichtl discussed the six principles of the framework, the signatory requirements and progress made to date.
